We built the machine to run our own shows first.

I Hear Everything started the way good infrastructure usually does — out of necessity. Benjamin Shapiro left business development at eBay, built a marketing practice, and launched the MarTech Podcast in 2018, then the daily Voices of Search. Two shows, an always-on publishing cadence, and one person at the center of all of it.

He became the bottleneck. So instead of hiring his way out, he built the system out — PodcastOS, the production infrastructure underneath, assembled one real problem at a time. Nothing in it was designed to be sold; every part exists because a show needed it.

Sixteen shows and ten million downloads later, that same system runs every show we produce — always-on, not one-and-done — and now it runs them for brands, too.
